Return & Refund Policy

At SureOkGo, we stand behind the quality of our formulas. We believe FOG OFF will make a genuine difference in your cognitive wellness. However, we understand that every brain is unique. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. The SureOkGo 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of FOG OFF.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Condition: We want you to give the product a fair chance. You may return the product even if the bottle is opened or partially used.
Eligibility: This guarantee applies to your first order of the product only (limited to one unit/bottle per household).

2. Standard Returns (Repeat Orders)

For repeat orders or additional bottles purchased beyond the first tried unit:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee may apply to standard returns, deducted from the final refund amount.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or claim your money-back guarantee, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@sureokgo.com (or use our Contact Form) with your Order # and the reason for the return.
Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack & Ship: For standard returns, please pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (or your guarantee claim is verified), we will send you an email to notify you.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your bottle of FOG OFF arrived damaged or defective:

Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of arrival) at support@sureokgo.com.
Include a photo of the damage.
We will send a replacement free of charge immediately. No return of the broken item is usually required.

6. Shipping Costs

Defective/Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged), we cover all shipping costs.
Standard/Preference: For standard returns (change of mind) or guarantee claims, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
