FOG OFF contains 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan), which may increase serotonin levels. Do not use this product if you are currently taking SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, triptans, or other serotonergic medications without first consulting your healthcare provider. Combining 5-HTP with these medications may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, a potentially serious condition. Do not take If you are pregnant.
Research-Informed Cognitive Support  ·  Physician Formulated

Most supplements start with a margin. FOG OFF started with a patient chart.

Dr. Alexandru-Theodor Amarfei built FOG OFF after three decades of treating patients whose cognitive decline had no adequate supplement. This is that formula — nothing omitted, nothing hidden.

The Physician Who Built What Didn't Exist

After three decades treating geriatric patients, post-viral recovery cases, and elite combat athletes, Dr. Amarfei recognised a pattern: cognitive fog that cut across all three populations — a fog that pharmaceutical protocols couldn't adequately address, and that the supplement market treated with caffeine and marketing claims that had no clinical grounding.

Existing products were formulated to sell, not to help. Proprietary blends concealed doses, stimulants masked symptoms rather than addressing them, and the clinical literature — which had well-documented, mechanistically coherent options — was largely ignored. He decided to do what he would have done in practice: start with the patient's metabolic reality, work backwards through the literature, and build something with full dose transparency from the first ingredient to the last.

"I watched patients describe the same experience across very different clinical situations: a fog that sits between them and their thinking. The compounds to address it already existed in the literature — phosphatidylserine, huperzine A, alpha-lipoic acid. What was missing was a product that took the dosing seriously, combined them without hiding anything, and excluded the stimulants that were making the underlying problem worse. That's what I built."

The Company

SureOKGo exists because the supplement industry has a fundamental problem with honesty.

The market rewards products that sell. SureOKGo was built to make products we'd actually give to our own patients. That distinction is the reason every decision looks the way it does — from what goes on the label to what never makes it into the formula.

We are a small company. We do not have a marketing department larger than our research function. We have a physician, a commitment to the clinical literature, and a specific dissatisfaction with the industry's track record. That's what we're built on.

Research over reputation

No compound enters a formula because it's trending. Every ingredient is selected for mechanistic justification — not because a competitor is using it.

Transparency is the minimum

Full dose disclosure on everything we make. Not because regulations require it — because a dose you can't verify is a dose you can't trust.

No stimulants, no shortcuts

Stimulants produce arousal at the cost of the systems you're trying to support. We work with the brain's metabolic pathways — not around them.

Physician-founded, not marketer-founded

The formulator is a practising physician with decades of clinical experience. These products came from patient care — not a whiteboard exercise about market positioning.

An honest note about what FOG OFF is — and isn't

FOG OFF has not been tested in a clinical trial. It was formulated by a physician based on decades of patient care and published research on each individual ingredient. We believe in this formula and we are working toward the funding to prove it. Until then, we think you deserve to know exactly what is in it, why it is there, and what the current science says.

The Process

What "Research-First" Actually Means

Every compound in FOG OFF was selected from peer-reviewed literature before a single label was designed. This is what that process looked like — and why the order matters.

Most Supplement Brands

Start with marketing goals

Popular ingredients → margin optimisation → label design. The formula follows the budget, not the biology.

Find science to justify the formula

Research is cited selectively, after formulation, to validate choices that were already made for commercial reasons.

Proprietary blends hide doses

You cannot know if the dose is therapeutic or merely present. "Blend" is a legal mechanism for dose concealment.

SureOKGo / FOG OFF

Start with clinical pattern recognition

30 years of patient observation → hypothesis → compound selection. The market came last.

Formula was built from the research

The scientific literature informed every decision before any product existed. Not the other way around.

Every dose published — no exceptions

7 compounds, full amounts disclosed. No proprietary blends. If the dose isn't therapeutic, we don't include it.

What We Never Compromise

Three Things We Don't Negotiate On

Full Disclosure

No proprietary blends. No "other ingredients" that mask what's actually inside. Every compound and every milligram is published on the label — because a dose you can't verify is a dose you can't trust. This is non-negotiable.

No Stimulants

Stimulants like caffeine and synephrine produce arousal by taxing your adrenal system — they mask cognitive symptoms without touching the metabolic pathways that cause them. FOG OFF works through cholinergic support, mitochondrial function, and neural membrane integrity. A fundamentally different mechanism, and the reason it doesn't wear off the same way.

Independently Verified

Every batch of FOG OFF is third-party tested for purity, potency, and contaminants before it ships. We publish the results — not because we have to, but because asking you to trust a label without proof is exactly the problem we set out to fix.

Inside the Facility

These videos were filmed on the GMP-certified production line where FOG OFF is manufactured. Same equipment, same conditions, same standards — every batch.

Certificate of Analysis

Independent lab results confirming identity, potency, and purity of every ingredient in FOG OFF. This is the same document we keep on file for regulatory compliance — we just made it public.

Who FOG OFF Was Designed For

Built for People with a Real Problem

Brain fog isn't one condition. These are the patients Dr. Amarfei observed it in most consistently — and the populations FOG OFF was specifically formulated to support.

Post-Viral Recovery

Long COVID, post-infection fatigue, and persistent cognitive symptoms after illness. A clinically recognised population where cognitive fog is a primary complaint and conventional medicine offers limited targeted support.

Hormonal & Aging

Perimenopause, menopause, and age-related cognitive shifts. Women in hormonal transition frequently report brain fog as a primary symptom — one that is under-addressed, under-studied, and routinely dismissed.

Chronic Stress & Overwork

Burnout-adjacent cognitive fatigue in high-demand professionals, caregivers, and anyone experiencing sustained cognitive load. Chronic stress creates measurable neurological effects — FOG OFF was designed to support the metabolic pathways involved.*

Honest About Our Limits

We Want the Right People Using This

Not every cognitive supplement is right for every person. We'd rather be direct about that than bury it in fine print.

FOG OFF may be right for you if:

Persistent brain fog Post-viral cognitive fatigue Hormonal cognitive changes Chronic stress affecting focus Age-related cognitive shifts Caffeine-sensitive or stimulant-averse

FOG OFF is NOT right for you if:

You are on SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAOIs You have a history of seizures You are under 18 You are pregnant or nursing You want a stimulant effect You want an instant cognitive boost
The Research

The Research Is Public

Every claim we make links to a source. The SureOKGo research library covers the clinical literature on brain fog, its causes, and the compounds inside FOG OFF — written accessibly, cited properly, and free for anyone evaluating this product.

You shouldn't need a medical degree to understand why something is in your supplement. We wrote these so you don't have to.
